Our crawler zone is reserved for non-walking infants only, even if your child is within the 6–18 month age range.
Once a child begins walking, they are welcome to enjoy the main play area. This helps us maintain a safe and gentle space for our youngest visitors.
Toddler Time is a special 1-hour morning session (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM) where the play area is reserved exclusively for toddlers (under age 3).
This is the perfect time for little ones to explore without the hustle and bustle of older children.
To guarantee your spot, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
You can walk in and pay at the door if space is available.
Reservations can be made directly through our website by clicking the “Book a Play Session” button.
Very rarely, a play session booked more than 2 weeks in advance may need to be rescheduled due to a private party booking.
If this occurs, we’ll reach out right away and help you find another convenient time period.
No. Please use the baby changing station located in our restroom for all diaper changes.
Yes! We offer free WiFi for our guests in the café
Yes! For safety and cleanliness, grippy (non-slip) socks are required for all children entering the play area. This helps prevent slips and keeps our space safe for everyone.
Yes, if a parent or caregiver plans to enter the play area, they must wear socks (grippy not required for adults). If you’re just staying in the café area, socks aren’t needed.
Yes. A signed waiver is required for all children before they can enter the play area.
Yes. The event organizer will receive a link via email that can be shared with each parent or caregiver to complete the waiver for their child before the event.
To receive a full refund or credit, cancellations must be made at least one day before (24 hours) your scheduled play session. This helps us open your spot for another family.

No. Sprout & Play Café is not a childcare facility or drop-off center.
Parents or caregivers must remain on-site and are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
We do not allow cupcakes, decorations, or gift-opening during public play sessions.
If you’d like to celebrate, we invite you to explore our Private Party Packages — they’re designed for birthdays and special events!
We do not allow outside food or drinks in the play or café area.
We serve a variety of kid-friendly drinks and snacks in-house for your convenience.
No food is allowed inside the play area. Please enjoy snacks or drinks in the café area only.
To keep the environment enjoyable and safe for all, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe to others.
It is not recommended. Regular socks can be slippery, and bare feet are not permitted for hygiene reasons. Grippy socks are required.
No worries! We sell both grippy socks for kids and regular socks for adults at the café. Just ask at the counter!
Waivers are valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
Yes! Anyone entering the play area must always wear socks, whether it’s during a regular play session or a private party.
If you miss your session without canceling, it will be marked as a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued in this case.
